Refunds
We have a no-questions-asked refund policy within 30 days of delivery date. We only ask that you provide us with a reason for your return to help us improve ourselves and our products. Please visit our returns page to contact us for refunds.
Once a return is received, please allow 7 business days for the processing and refunding of your account. If after 7 business days you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank or financial institution and credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customersolutions@aampglobal.com.
Exchanges
If your item was received damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace the item at no cost to you. Please visit our returns page and be sure to mention an exchange in the “Reason For Return” field. You may be asked to provide a photo or other proof of the damaged or defective product.
Warranties
Unless otherwise noted below, products sold by Phoenix Gold carry a one-year warranty for manufacturer defect. The warranty is for credit or replacement of product except where otherwise noted and does not cover installation or other costs associated with replacement or exchange. Abuse or misuse of product voids all warranties.
